We are proud to report on NWDA’s charity efforts for 2006. Breast Cancer Research was the focus of numerous events throughout the year including the Crocus Walk—a four mile walk around Chadwick End, returning to the The Orange Tree to beautiful home made cakes and biscuits been sold to add to the proceeds.   In July some of the girls took part in “Race for Life” in Sutton Park, making the total raised for Breast Cancer in excess of £1000.00.  These were just a couple of things you all supported in addition to the Andy Buckley Memorial weekend which also raised £800 for Air Ambulance.

For 2007, our chosen charity will be the Diana, Princess of Wales Children’s Hospital.  We will be running events throughout the year to support the work of this wonderful hospital.  Look out on the Web Site and the Notice Board for announcements of forthcoming events.
